1. For regular season, your order will be dispatched 2 working days after we received your payment. For peak season / holidays / weather delays, dispatching of orders may take 2 to 5 working days,

  • Metro Manila ~ 1 to 2 working days
  • Provincial Regular ~ 3 to 5 working days
  • Provincial Express ~ 1 to 2 working days


Estimated delivery works 90% of the time. But delays are not in our hands once the parcels have been handed out to the courier. If any delays occur, please let us know so we can track and follow up on your order.

  1. Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process. Buyers need to shoulder the cost of lost parcels or extra shipping fee in the case that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
  2. If your package returned to us due to incomplete/wrong address, unclaimed parcels, etc., we can reship your orders. Buyers will shoulder the shipping cost of the package.
  3. Please contact us if you received any damaged item within 1 week of receipt so we can refund or replace the item(s).
  4. For provincial shipments, parcels can be picked up at any LBC branch if you don’t want a door to door delivery. This is applicable on both shipping methods (regular & express shipping). For Metro Manila shipments, please choose EXPRESS shipping if you want to pick up your package on any LBC branch.
  5. Cash on delivery is only available on these shipping methods. Please choose this couriers if you want a COD payment.
